Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
The short version
- We collect as little personal information as we can, and only what we need to run our games, apps and this website.
- We don't sell your personal information for money.
- This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
Who we are
Wildr Interactive is operated by Hantis USA, LLC, a company based in the United States ("Wildr", "we", "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share information when you visit wildrinteractive.com or use any game or app we publish (together, the "Services").
Some of our games and apps may come with an additional privacy notice in the app or on its store listing, such as Apple's App Privacy details or Google Play's Data safety section. Those notices describe the specifics for that product and form part of this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you email us, whether for support, a privacy request or anything else, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to put in your message, such as screenshots or details about your device.
Information collected when you use our games and apps
Depending on the game or app, we may collect:
- Gameplay and app data, such as progress, settings, scores and preferences. Where possible this stays on your device or in your platform's cloud save service.
- Purchase information. When you buy something in one of our products, the app store (such as Apple or Google) processes the payment. We receive confirmation of the purchase so we can deliver it, but we never see your full payment card details.
- Device and diagnostic information, such as device model, operating system version, language, crash reports and performance data, which help us find and fix bugs.
- Identifiers, such as an anonymous player ID used to save progress or run online features. If a product uses your device's advertising identifier, it will say so and ask for permission where the platform or the law requires it.
We don't collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone or camera data unless a feature clearly needs it and you grant permission through your device first.
Information collected on this website
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Because this website doesn't track visitors, it doesn't change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals; there is nothing to switch off.
How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Services, including saving your progress and delivering purchases
- To respond to support requests and other messages
- To find and fix bugs, and to improve performance and gameplay
- To protect the Services and our players against fraud, cheating and abuse
- To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests (such as keeping the Services secure and improving them), your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), and compliance with legal obligations.
How we share information
We don't sell your personal information for money. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the Services, such as hosting, email, crash reporting and analytics providers, under contracts that limit how they can use it
- With the platforms you use to get or play our products, such as Apple, Google or Steam, which process purchases and may provide services like cloud saves under their own privacy policies
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our players, the public or us
- As part of a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information
- With your consent, or at your direction
Advertising
This website doesn't show ads. If one of our games or apps includes ads, its store listing will say so, and we will ask for your consent before showing personalized ads where the law or the platform requires it. You can limit ad tracking at any time in your device's privacy settings.
Children's privacy
Our Services are made for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If a game is ever designed for children, it will say so clearly and follow the rules that apply, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, such as resolving your support request or keeping your game progress, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information
- Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw your consent
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or of targeted advertising, as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
To make a request, email [email protected] with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time the law requires. Where the law allows, you can use an authorized agent to make a request for you. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
You can also remove data stored on your device by uninstalling a game or app, and you can change app permissions at any time in your device settings.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and operate the Services from there. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and in other countries where our service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards where the law requires them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above, and if the changes are significant we'll give you more prominent notice, such as a message in the app or on this website.
